This professional program is designed for experienced security guards transitioning into supervisory roles at Durgashtra Pvt Ltd and IIASRD. The curriculum focuses on the practical and operational skills required to lead a shift effectively, including manpower deployment, attendance management, and shift briefings. Participants will learn to oversee access control, CCTV operations, and incident command while adhering to PSARA awareness and lawful operating standards.
