Durgashtra Private Limited was incorporated on 20 December 2025, registered under the Companies Act, 2013, and headquartered in Madurai, Tamil Nadu. That makes it, as of this writing, a young company — and that's worth stating plainly rather than glossing over, because how a company starts says something about how it intends to operate.
Starting with certification, not just a business plan. Rather than launching with services alone and building process documentation reactively over years, Durgashtra pursued ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management), ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management), and ISO 45001:2018 (Occupational Health & Safety) certification early, alongside registration with NSIC/MSME and membership with the National Safety Council. The sequencing here was deliberate: build the documented process discipline first, so that from day one, client engagements are handled against an externally assessed standard rather than an internal process still being figured out.
A scope built broader than a typical new security company. Durgashtra's certified operational scope spans private security and intelligence services, a Skill India-compliant security training institute (IIASRD), AI-enabled drone and vehicle surveillance systems, security equipment manufacturing, and HR-aligned manpower support services. This is an ambitious combination for a company at this stage — and it reflects a specific bet about where the security industry is heading: toward integrated technology-and-manpower solutions, not manpower alone.
Rooted in Madurai, built for a wider footprint. Durgashtra's registered address and operational base are in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, with registration extending to serve clients through platforms like MSMEmart's national B2B marketplace — reflecting an intent to build from a specific regional base while positioning to serve clients more broadly.
What we're not claiming. As a company in its early operating period, Durgashtra doesn't yet have years of client history to point to, and we're not going to pretend otherwise. What we can point to is the documented process discipline — the certifications, the training infrastructure, the founder's operational background — that we believe positions the company to deliver on what it's built to do, from the first engagement onward rather than after years of informal trial and error.
