This advanced program provides supervisors and HSE coordinators at Durgashtra Pvt Ltd / IIASRD with the technical expertise to manage site safety in high-risk environments. The curriculum covers the essential pillars of industrial safety, including Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRAC), Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and the Hierarchy of Controls. Participants will gain a technical understanding of Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems for specialized activities such as hot work and confined spaces, as well as the critical principles of Lockout/Tagout (LOTO). The course also details incident investigation techniques like the 5 Whys, emergency spill response, and performance monitoring through leading and lagging indicators. Emphasis is placed on the requirement that only trained, authorized personnel may manage permits and energy isolation.
